Sourcing Candidates For Open Roles.
Lewis Resourcing Solutions can operate in a similar way to a recruitment agency, ‘headhunting’ ‘passive’ candidates and using our network to fill open vacancies. As a small business we charge an up front retainer to book our time (fifth of expected fee) and the remainder of the fee on candidate start. Our fees are almost certainly more cost effective than a traditional recruitment agency.
Hire In One Day! (Talent Pipeling).
It’s possible, you can hire a role in one day! We offer a Talent Pipeling solution where we ‘map the market’ for individuals that will likely fit the need for a specific vacancy in the future. Once we have collated these profiles, we can pass them over to you, so you or someone in your HR or Internal Recruitment Team can reach out to them. This cuts out the ‘research’ time. It would be advisable for your teams to then set up speculative interviews with these candidates so that when you have a live vacancy you are ready to offer one of your talent pooled candidates!
